Section 4 First Aid Measures
4.1 Description of first aid measurers
Skin Contact:
In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water of at least 15 minutes. Remove
contaminated clothing and shoes. If pain or irritation occurs, obtain medical attention.
Eye Contact:
If product enters eyes, wash gently under running water for 15 minutes or longer, making
sure that the eyelids are held open. If pain or irritation occurs, obtain medical attention.
Ingestion:
Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If ingested, wash mouth out with
water and seek medical attention.
Inhalation:
If product is inhaled, move exposed individual to fresh air. If individual is not breathing,
begin artificial respiration immediately and obtain medical attention.

Personal protecting equipment
Respiratory Protection:
Under normal conditions of use, as mentioned in section 1.2, the use of this product should
not require respiratory protection.
Eye Protection:
Tightly fitting safety goggles. Face shield (8-inch minimum). Use equipment for eye protection tested
and approved under appropriate government standards such as NIOSH (US) or EN
166(EU).
Skin Protection:
Handle with gloves. Gloves must be inspected prior to use. Use proper glove removal technique
(without touching glove's outer surface) to avoid skin contact with this product. Dispose of
contaminated gloves after use in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practices.
Wash and dry hands.
The selected protective gloves have to satisfy the specifications of EU Directive 89/686/EEC and the
standard EN 374 derived from it.
