How to Self Attest to Completion of a Biometric Screening
1. Log-in to the Marathon Portal
If you have forgotten your user name or password and cannot locate your
welcome letter from Marathon Health, go to the Marathon eHealth Portal log-in
page at www.marathon-health.com/MyPhr and click on the appropriate link. See
example below:

After you login to the Marathon portal, select the “Wellness” tab. The first time you
access the wellness tab you will be asked to complete the following information.
You will only need to complete this information one time. You will not be prompted
with this screen when you access the Wellness Tab in the future.
Next, select the “Incentives” sub-tab and then “Healthy Habits” where you can attest
to completion of a biometric screening. Falsely attesting to completion of a
biometric screening will result in required repayment of premium discount for
the plan year as well as appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including
termionation. Wake County Benefits will periodically conduct audits against data
received from the medical plan vendor and may require employees to obtain a
completed Verification Form from their physician.
To log self-reported completion of a biometric screening, you must follow
these 4 steps:
a. Select the calendar widget to change the date to the date that the activity
was completed
b. Select “I attest that I completed a biometric screening” or “I attest that my
spouse completed a biometric screening”
c. Enter the date the screening was completed in the text box
d. Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen
