A Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 301
St. Ann’s Road in Campbell River, B.C. at 6:30 p.m. on May 23, 2017 to provide an
opportunity for public input on Bylaw No. 3662, 2017.
What is the purpose of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3662, 2017?
To rezone Lots 23 and 24 of 710 – 9th Avenue from Residential One (R-1) to
Residential Two (R-2) to allow for the possibility of a duplex or two-family
residential dwelling to be constructed on each lot.

Development Services Department between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.,
Monday to Friday from May 12, 2017 to May 23, 2017.

You are able to speak at the Public Hearing or share a written submission for
Council’s consideration. Written comments can be submitted in advance at City Hall
in the Community Planning
& Development Services
