Is it because they are underprivileged and poor or because as ‘masters’ we expect to control every aspect of their life? Consider a day when they are not around – would it make life simpler, smooth or more tough and demanding? a) Write a report on how you managed the day when the help at home was absent. b) Also realizing that domestic helpers are human too, pen down what privileges and steps the government has taken in improving their condition. c) In the past too, there have been many social reformers in our society who have contributed in the upliftment of the underprivileged groups.
