interview works
Preparing for your Tele-underwriting interview:
When we call you

arranged two hour time slot. Please be aware that during your
telephone interview you will be asked some sensitive and personal

happy disclosing this sort of information.
the call should take between 15 and 30 minutes per person to
complete depending on the type of cover being applied for.
What will be asked?
Our tele-underwriter will ask you questions about your current
and past health, family medical history and your lifestyle. these
will only relate to the covers that you have applied for in your
account. if you feel uncomfortable disclosing any information over
the telephone then we can arrange for it to be collected by other
means. it is important that you tell us anything that you feel is
relevant to the application to avoid a claim not being paid or the
cover being cancelled.
