We have a special project that we are starting at Rosewood and would love to have each of you participate. We will be publishing a cook book of Rosewood residents and family recipes. So where do we begin? Gathering recipes, of course! We would LOVE for you to email your recipes and a short story or memory with one of them. Submit as many recipes as you’d like! This party was done right! cool art! Come join us next time! March Lunch Outings Mardi Gras Party – February 28th We visited Krystal, Thatcher’s, Long John Silvers, Hardees and Wanda’s! We sure do love to eat at Rose- We love Mardi Gras! We partied all day, New Orleans Style! Wearing Mardi Gras masks and beads, we wood! Our trips are always full of laughs and adventure - especially this month! Our Thatcher’s trip on the managed to eat five King Cakes and drink lots of Cafe Du Monde coffee! Our favorite jazz music was 9th proved to be a little challenging - we had a delay on the mountain for over an hour because of a forest played throughout the whole day - everyone from Nat King Cole to the Glenn Miller Band! Look at our fire! Who would’ve thought? The Rosewood at Fort Oglethorpe 4 Community Spotlight Just for Fun Word Find Kay Cely Mrs. Kay Cely was born in Birchwood, Tennessee. She lived there for 20 years before moving to Chattanooga. After 10 years there, at age 30, she married Jack Cely. They had a wonderful 44 years together. Mrs. Kay is a dog lover and enjoys doing count cross stitch and cryptoquote puzzles. East Ridge Baptist has been her church for the last 30 years. Currently, she is learning to use an Amazon Fire Tablet and is making excellent progress. Mrs. Cely is a genuinely kind person who wants to know about your life! We are so happy to have her at Rosewood!
