As Program Director of the University of Minnesota’s Master of Healthcare Administration
program, I am pleased to present our Class of 2015 Resume Book. The members of this class
will graduate May 2015, and are available for employment and administrative fellowship
positions.
These students are talented and eager to embark on their new careers as health care leaders.
The Minnesota MHA sets itself apart through innovative curriculum emphasizing
interprofessional teamwork, design innovation for healthcare delivery, leadership and
change, and the Minnesota Problem Solving Method—a rigorous, practical method of solving
problems and interacting with top-level executives in a variety of healthcare organizations.

Tasked with evaluating and providing recommendations on a real-time patient feedback pilot which
aimed to improve experience by providing timely feedback to physicians and nursing leaders,
providing the opportunity to perform service recovery and improve experience.

Served as project manager for the real-time feedback project:
o Worked closely with a physician partner on assessing and improving the project.
o Provided ongoing recruitment, supervision, and training for the volunteers.
o Collaborated with nurse managers and physician leaders to determine the optimal
implementation on the 7 medicine units.
