The return rate for the State (elementary schools) was 37.8%. Manana’s “Percent of Positive Responses” was higher than the State average in all 10 of the SQS Dimensions for Teachers, Parents and Students. For more information, go to: http://arch.k12.hi.us. The amount of students participating in co-curricular/extra-curricular activities (i.e. Na Keiki ‘O Manana (chorus), Student Council, Enrichment, and Junior Police Officers (JPO) were maintained. Robotics continues to be very and Manana participates in the annual Hawaii Robofest Tournament. Manana entered a team in the inaugural Elementary Science Olympiad. Our team won 2nd Place Overall as well as the Spirit Award. We have greatly expanded our aquaponics garden on campus, and now have the capability to have an “outdoor classroom”. All grade levels will now be involved with aquaponics. Faculty, staff, students and families are enjoying this new learning. Goal 2.
