Appointment of candidate for the Fiscal Council of Banco Bradesco S.A. received from
non-controlling preferred shareholder, to be resolved on in a separate vote at the Annual
Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on March 10, 2017
Banco Bradesco S.A. (Company) hereby announces that it has received from Mr. Leonardo José
Bernardes Albertoni, a non-controlling preferred shareholder of the Company, the appointment of
Mr. Walter Luis Bernardes Albertoni, as a Effective Member, and Mr. Reginaldo Ferreira Alexandre, as
an Alternate Member, to run in the separate election to the Fiscal Council, to be resolved on by the
Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, on March 10, 2017, at 4:00 p.m., at the Company’s headquarters, at
Núcleo Cidade de Deus, Vila Yara, Osasco, SP, salão Nobre do 5º andar, Prédio Vermelho.
The profiles of the appointees are presented below in accordance with information provided by Mr.

“(EFFECTIVE) MEMBER OF THE FISCAL COUNCIL APPOINTED BY PREFERRED SHAREHOLDERS
WALTER LUIS BERNARDES ALBERTONI, graduated in Law in 1992 from the São Paulo School of Law of
the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (Faculdade Paulista de Direito da Pontifícia
Universidade Católica de São Paulo); is a lawyer registered with the São Paulo bar association
(OAB/SP) under No. 123.283; completed graduate programs in Civil Procedural Law (PUCSP-COGEAE),
Corporate Law and Tax Law (LLM Insper, formerly IBMEC-SP); and has been a Legal Advisor for the
Association of Capital Market Investors – AMEC since its foundation (2006 - present). Alternate
member of the Council of Funds of the National Financial System (2012-2015). As a lawyer, he has
more than 20 years of experience in civil, corporate and business issues. Effective member of the
Fiscal Council of Petróleo Brasileiro S/A (2013-2016). Member of the Fiscal Council of Bradespar S.A.,
elected in 2016. Member of the Board of Directors of Paranapanema S.A., elected in 2016, where he
also coordinates the Audit Committee. Alternate member of the Fiscal Council of Ser Educacional
(2015-2016).
(ALTERNATE) MEMBER OF THE FISCAL COUNCIL APPOINTED BY PREFERRED SHAREHOLDERS
REGINALDO FERREIRA ALEXANDRE, a Brazilian citizen, economist, with 20 years of experience in the
analysis of investments as an analyst, coordinator, organizer and leader of analyst teams, having held
these positions successively at Citibank, Unibanco, BBA (currently Itaú-BBA) and Itaú Corretora de
Valores. He has also worked as a corporate credit analyst (Citibank) and as consultant in strategy
