By monitoring the heart you can see how hard your body is working
The adult human heart has a mass of between 250 and 350 grams and is
about the size of a fist. It is located anterior to the vertebral column and
posterior to the sternum.
The human heart has four chambers, two superior atria and two inferior
ventricles. The atria are the receiving chambers and the ventricles are the
discharging chambers. The pathway of blood through the human heart
consists of a pulmonary circuit[8] and a systemic circuit.
Deoxygenated blood flows through the heart in one direction, entering
through the superior vena cava into the right atrium and is pumped through
the tricuspid valve into the right ventricle before being pumped out through
the pulmonary valve to the pulmonary arteries into the lungs.
It returns from the lungs through the pulmonary veins to the left atrium where
it is pumped through the mitral valve into the left ventricle before leaving
through the aortic valve to the aorta.
If we want to live a long life it’s imperative our heart
a: Continues to function - (you wont go far with a heart thats not beating)
b: Stays healthy
If your heart is not healthy it effects the quality of your life
It limits the what you are able to do.

When the bible talks about our heart
Mostly its not talking about a 250 gram organ the size of your fist that pumps
blood through your lungs and around your body.

It’s talking about who you are what you believe, what you love even what you
hate. By that i mean:
If you love Justice, you’re going hate injustice.
Kingdom hearted people
What you value at core at a deep or at a heart level.
Sometimes when you have to do somethings you're not particularly interested
in you might say my heart just isn't int anymore......
We all make mistakes at times.
We can all maybe have our mouth run away at times....
Perhaps you’ve found yourself defending someone like that
And you find your self saying well he’s not really like that, that’s not his heart,
get acutely good hearted.
Perhaps it was anger or insecurity speaking....
The healthier your heart...
Or the healthier you are at a core level, the less those things tend to happen.
I’ve seen people go through amazing challenges, disappointments.....
People that would be even sitting here today.
In-spite of that they make good decisions they make Kingdom decisions.
They seem to forgive , continue to be generous and maintain a sweet or
attractive spirit.
If we guard our heart that is..
We’re carful about what we allow to settle, what we hold onto
And what we take in........
Does it have the heart foundation tick of approval?

The Holy Spirit or the spirit of God is alive in us...
In the very core or at heart of who we are
Its about the Heart
Its about a Kingdom Heart
To be kingdom carriers, to bring the culture of the Kingdom, to speak the
language of the kingdom requires a Kingdom heart!!
To bring the Kingdom!
To bring Kingdom culture, to our city, our family, our school and our world,
takes Kingdom hearted people.
What we eat, what wear, the image you try to portray ultimately won’t change
the real us or anyone else...
Matthew 15:17-19 (NLT)
17 “Anything you eat passes through the stomach and then goes into the
sewer.
Thats the truth......
But the words you speak come from the heart—that’s what defiles you.
For from the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, all sexual
immorality, theft, lying, and slander.
So what Jesus was saying.....
You’re focusing on on the wrong stuff
What you eat, what wear, the image you try to portray isn't going to change
you.
• Just because you wear a Ferrari jacket, it doesn't mean you can drive like
Michael Schumaker.
• Just because you have your midlife Harley Davidson, you’re not going to
become a feared hells angel.
• You new assics wont make you a runner and your garmin just tells you how
much you need to improve.
• Just owning a bible doesn't make you a christian
It’s easy to boil things down to don’t do this, don't eat that, don’t drink that
Kingdom hearted people
There is certainly wisdom in thinking about what and how much we eat and
drink.
Jesus was talking to people who would wash their hands in a certain way,
they had to basically go through a ceremony before they where ok to eat.
He says come on focus the state of your heart rather than the ceremony.
Next week my brother is getting married
We’ve spent some time planning the ceremony, and we want that to be
special and significant.
But Andrew and claire know its not the ceremony that will make their
marriage.
But the value and significance they place on that marriage relationship will...
The heart they have for each other, which will determine the way they speak
to each other the way they treat other.
The Kingdom of God is not about ceremonies
Church is not about ceremony, it is about relationship.
The Kingdom of God is not about ceremonies its about relationship
People respond to what comes out of us......
The words we speak have the power and potential to frame our world,
What we speak is determined by the state of our heart.
Having a kingdom heart means we will speak Kingdom words, word of life.
Words of power, words that build up words that bring change.
Having a kingdom heart means we have kingdom eyes and make kingdom
decisions and live in the power, freedom and protection of the unshakable
Kingdom.
To Be Kingdom Hearted People
Philippians 4:7
And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your
hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

1.Kingdom hearted People;
Allow the Peace of God to guard their heart
The human heart and I assume the heart in most mammals,
Pumps blood not just around our body, but it has a pulmonary circuit and a
systemic circuit.
One circuit is devoted to pumping blood through the lungs so that blood can
be re-oxygenated then it comes back to your heart to supply oxygenated
blood to your brain, muscles and organs.
Snorkelling / Scuba Diving
I’m told we can hold our breath much longer than we think we can
The longer you hold your breath, the more that feeling I need to breath and I
need to breath now! increases.
You start to become stressed and extreme in your actions.
Kingdom Hearted people know they need to breath in life from God.
Just as the Oxygen that you breath in to your lungs and then your heart
pumps that blood through your lungs allowing that live giving oxygen to enter
your blood stream where it can then allow your brain to work properly your
muscles to function properly...
As you develop a relationship with Jesus, the Holy spirit becomes like that life
sustaining oxygen in our world and our heart becomes peacful and that eace
protects our heart.
Matthew 6:21
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

If you buys a new house, that Investment means you will have a heart
connection with that house.
