Reason: The real proceeds from public offering is just 24,783,794,785 dongs and lower
than the expected amount of 155,999,840,000 dongs. Therefore, the Board of Directors
decided to use all real proceeds to increase the Company’s working capital and not to
invest in Viet Startup Investment Joint Stock Company. The Board of Directors changed
the suppliers of granite, building stone and steel.
