We hereby confirm that since May 2010 the Agency i360 Sp. z o.o. has been cooperating with
Bakoma Sp. z o.o. on motivational and loyalty building programmes targeted at retail shops in the
traditional commerce channel and Bakoma's own sales forces. As part of the cooperation, the Agency
i360 Sp. z o.o. is responsible for the entire process of the programme preparation, implementation and
completion, in particular for the following:
 Development of strategies, rules and mechanics of motivational and loyalty building
programmes
 Handling all necessary legal and tax issues
 Development and ensuring the operation of IT systems necessary for the implementation of
the programmes
 Development and administration of databases with the details of the programme Participants
 Graphic design of the programme information materials, including the website for participants
