Jessica Terpstra works from both the London and Amsterdam office and specialises in cross-border financial transactions, in particular
project financing and property financing transactions. In addition, she advises clients in the area of banking and securities law,
particularly with regard to financial supervision regulations. She is a member of the International Bar Association and the Dutch
Securities Law Association.
