A bond applies to all bookings out of business hours and is $400 for standard and business bookings and $600 for high risk bookings. Data Projector/Smart Board The data projector and screen are $10 per hour of use, Smart Board $5 per hour. Setting Up, Additional Furnishings and Cleaning Hire rates at Cameron Park Community Centre assume the hirer will set up, clean and pack up the room ready for the next group. Pack up and cleaning services are available at an additional cost and must be arranged at time of booking. Chairs, tables and equipment in addition to the standard room inclusions may be supplied on request subject to availability. Additional chairs are supplied at $10 per stack of 10, tables at $10 each and large portable whiteboard + markers at $10 each. Waste Levy Wheelie bins available at $15 for half a wheelie bin or $25 for a full wheelie bin. Hire Rate Definitions Corporate Rates Venue hiring rates for a registered business or government department. May be negotiable if the business or government department enters into a partnership with The Canopy to support the organisation in reaching its social and community objectives. Discount Rates Venue hiring rates for not-for-profit community service organisations, unfunded community groups (excluding political or religious groups) or voluntary activities such as playgroups, support groups or community meetings. Please supply proof of eligibility with your completed Hirer Enquiry Form. Standard Rates Venue hiring rates for all groups with the exception of those that are defined by the Corporate or Discount rates.
