Regulations under the Roads and Public Places Ordinance 1937.* ^ GORDON FREETH, the Minister of State for the Interior, hereby make the following Regulations under the Roads and Public Places Ordinance 1937. These Regulations may be cited as the Roads and Public Places short title. Regulations. ^ ^No. c 2. The Roads and Public Places Regulations, being Regulations 1956, Repeal. 5, are repealed. 3. For the purposes of section 9 of the Roads and Public Places Ordi- Prescribed fees. nance 1937, the prescribed fee for the opening up, or breaking the surface of— (a) the carriage-way of a public road is- the fee specified in the First Schedule to these Regulations opposite to the type of surface of the carriage-way; and (b) a footpath or the drive-way between the carriage-way of a public road and the boundary of a parcel of land is the fee specified in the Second Schedule to these Regulations opposite to the type of surface of the footpath or drive-way. * Notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on 2nd April, 1959. 536/59.—PRICE 3D.
