Breaking The Vicious Cycle - Optimal Beauty with Danielle Eva

Breaking The Vicious Cycle
“It’s time to take a stand for YOU.”
3 Steps to Breaking The Vicious Cycle
Starting right now, allow yourself to truly break this cycle…
now & forever.
First, you need to understand your cravings.
Are you craving salty food?
You might need: Silicon, Chloride
Eat: Tomato, Seaweed, Lettuce, Celery, Cashews, Kelp, Fish
Are you craving sugary food?
You might need: Chromium, Carbon, Phosphorus, Sulphur, Tryptophan
Eat: Broccoli, Sweet Potato, Grapes, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Green Vegetables,Fruit
Are you craving chocolate?
You might need:magnesium
Eat: Coconut oil, Spinach, Cacao Powder, Nuts, Seeds, Legumes
Are you craving oily food?
You might need: Calcium
Eat: Asparagus, Bok Choy, Figs, Dates, Plums, Sesame Seeds, Kale, Broccoli
Are you craving carbohydrates?
You might need: Protein, Nitrogen
Eat: Dark Leafy Greens, Beans, Nuts, Seeds, Eggs, Meat, Spirulina
Second, when you choose to indulge make sure you are in a healthy, clear space.
What do I mean by this? I mean that you need to be really aware of your decision. Are you choosing to
indulge because you're sad, stressed, insecure, overwhelmed, depressed, depleted, exhausted, bored, angry?
Are you choosing to indulge because you have been depriving yourself of satiating food and delicious
flavors all week? OR, are you in a healthy, clear space and indulging simply because you desire to taste
that certain food or dish? As simple as this is, it is the perfect way to indulge. Do it because you simply
feel like having a serving of this decadent, delicious food. It's OK. I PROMISE. Your body will not
react poorly if you are making a decision on this level of consciousness. If you allow yourself to be 100%
accepting of your decision then you are in that space. Indulge. Enjoy. Have a piece of cake, enjoy some
french fries. Especially if these foods are homemade, made with real ingredients or better yet fructosefree, gluten-free etc. then go for it. I dare you!
Third, be aware of your last indulgence.
Sometimes when we are so deprived and over-indulge we become a different person.
I know you know what I am talking about. We stuff the food into our mouths quickly and without even
tasting what we are eating. We do it in secrecy when no one is around. We immediately, even before we
have swallowed the food, and as we are shoveling more into our mouth feel pain, resentment and are
already planning out punishment. This is not OK. This needs to stop. Enjoy your indulgences with friends,
your partner and family. Sit down, place your portion on a plate, really and fully enjoy every. single. bite.
It's time to stop this cycle. Make a promise to yourself. Right here. Right now. That this will no longer be
how you allow yourself to live. Promise yourself to review this list before you over indulge. In fact, allow
yourself to indulge consciously before it can even get to that point again.
I know you can do this.
