The City of Regina hereby gives notice, pursuant to sections
101 and 102 of The Cities Act and The Public Notice Policy
Bylaw, Bylaw No. 2003-8 of its intention to authorize The
Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) to consider
long-term debt financing for REAL’s five-year capital plan
with respect to the Evraz Place Master Plan and to have
the City provide a guarantee for the debt resulting from
the borrowing. The purpose of this debt is to allow REAL
undertake stewardship of the property, capital upgrades and
investments, as well as repair and maintenance work.

Notice of Intention to Amend Regina Zoning Bylaw No. 9250
Notice of intention is hereby given by the City of Regina, pursuant to section 207 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, for City
Council’s consideration of a bylaw(s) to amend Regina Zoning Bylaw No. 9250.
The amendments are contained in the proposed Bylaw numbers 2015-18, 2015-19, 2015-20, 2015-21, 2015-22, and more
particularly referred to below.
The proposed amending bylaws, and any relevant maps, may be inspected by any person in the City Clerk’s Office on the 15th Floor
of City Hall, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., on Monday through Friday, all holidays excepted, commencing at 1 p.m., on
Monday, March 16, 2015 and up to 4:45 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2015.
City Council will consider any submissions respecting the proposed amendment and hold a public hearing to hear any person or group
that wishes to speak to the proposed amendment on March 23, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. in the Henry Baker Hall, Main Floor, City Hall.
If any person wishes to have written submissions available for review by Council members prior to the Council meeting, a copy of the
submission must, in accordance with the City of Regina Procedure Bylaw, be delivered to the Office of the City Clerk prior to 1 p.m., on
