Quincy Students
For the month of April, Quincy students will be focusing
on respect--respect for each other, for learning, and for
our environment. We will kick off our focus before
Spring Break, and then be looking for examples of respect as we move throughout the school day.
Author Night
Come to meet David Stefanich, author of Stand Up. He
will be at Quincy on Tuesday, March 24 from 6:00-7:00
p.m.
Student Placement Forms
An important responsibility of the school staff is to assign students to
classes for the next year. Later this spring, the Quincy Elementary staff
will meet to determine student placements for the 2015-16 school
year. Our goal is develop balanced classrooms of children and we take
class size, gender, learning styles, achievement levels, interpersonal
dynamics and social needs of our students into consideration when doing so. Each classroom is a small community and we work hard to set
up each child for success.
Parent input is a consideration in this process. If you wish to include
unique information about your child's needs that you would like us to
consider in the placement process, please complete the form that is
available in the school office. We will review parent input carefully before making any placement decisions.
Completion of the form is optional; it’s simply a communication tool for
those who wish to use it. Forms are due by April 17, 2015.

food service. In order to order these meals a student must have a medical statement

Otherwise you can access this statement by visiting zps.org under Quick Links.
Lost and Found
We have placed all the lost and found items on a table in the rotunda. Please check
