SOY LIME SHRIMP WITH FRUIT SALSA
Ingredients
Soy Lime Shrimp:

1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned and
deveined

3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce

1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp pepper
Fruit Salsa

1 mango, peeled and cubed

2 scallions, diced

1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced

1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions:
1. Peel and/or dice all ingredients.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and set stand for at least 5 minutes.
