SOY LIME SHRIMP WITH FRUIT SALSA Ingredients Soy Lime Shrimp: 1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned and deveined 3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp pepper Fruit Salsa 1 mango, peeled and cubed 2 scallions, diced 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced 1 tsp rice vinegar Instructions: 1. Peel and/or dice all ingredients. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and set stand for at least 5 minutes.
