Dorset have shown their might yet again, but Devon are not far behind.
North Atlantic have a few new riders but a few absent regulars and some bad
luck with bikes had an impact on their points score.
Dartmouth were missing some of our shining lights courtesy of the Red Marley
and an injury or two. Some riders are still awaiting AMCA memberships to be
processed.
The aim of the SW League is to promote AMCA membership and SW Club
membership and to increase participation in the sport.
5068 points were awarded to SW clubs.
416 points were awarded to non-SW Club members.
This means 3840 points were awarded to non-AMCA licence holders.
These riders would make a big difference to a club’s points if they could be
persuaded to join a SW club and get an AMCA licence.
The next event is the Bath Classic on Sunday 23 April, Church Farm, Yatton
Keynell, Chippenham, Wilstshire SN14 7EL. 11am start.
Good luck to all those who have entered.
