Microsoft Office 365 - Setup and Installation
Apps
For iOS and Android devices you can download Office 365 apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more
from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play store.
Microsoft also provides many excellent free apps such as Microsoft Lens and Outlook for both iOS and
Android that do not require an Office 365 license.
You can have multiple installs of the apps on various devices. i.e. 1 iPhone, 2 iPads, 1 Android phone,
and 1 Android tablet. (Quite generous)
When asked to sign in, use your Redeemer email address and network password. (This information is
synchronized with Microsoft every night so if you wish to change your Office 365 password you MUST
change your network password and allow it the time to complete the synchronization). When you are
asked, please choose the option “work or school account”.
Like Google you can create or may have already created your own personal Microsoft account with your
Redeemer email address, and like Google, if you use your personal account instead of your Redeemer
account you will be unable to access your corporate resources, such as license information.
