High-efficiency endodontic bur
for preparing isthmuses as part of
a root canal treatment.
The H1SML is a specialist bur for the preparation of isthmuses.
As a general rule, the root canals of a multi-rooted tooth that is to undergo endodontic treatment cannot all be found and penetrated straight away. In many cases, an
isthmus has to be created above a part
