Build A Buddy Party Contract:
I understand that:
• Any deposit made is NON-Refundable__________
• My party will last a total of 2 hours. __________
• The first hour of my party will be held in the Build A Buddy Room. The second hour of my
party will be spent in my designated party room for celebration. __________
• All Parties have an option to extend the party room time by 30 minutes for $25.
• Play time on the inflatables may not be available as an add on the day of my party if Kangaroo
Palace has a full party schedule that day. __________
• If I take more time in the party area than I purchased I will be charged $25 every 10 minutes.
Please make sure your party is running on time or that you purchase the extension. __________
• I understand that the ONLY outside food OR beverage I am allowed to bring in is cake and/or
ice cream, and that if I do bring in any other outside food or beverage items, I will be charged a
$50 penalty.__________
• Food will NOT be served to my party until the start of the party room time. _________
• If I wish to order food to serve my guests during my party room time, I must do so upon
arrival.__________
• If I or my guests remove any party decorations provided by Kangaroo Palace, cause any damage
to Kangaroo Palace equipment, property or to the facility itself, I will be held responsible for
covering the costs (Party Decorations: $25 per party banner & $3 per streamer)__________
• If silly string, confetti, or glitter is used during my party I will be charged a $50 cleaning
fee.__________
• If I rent the PA system, only child friendly materials may be played. Kangaroo Palace staff has
the discretion to decide what material is child friendly. My rental of the PA System will end
early if this rule is not followed__________
• I have been given my personal party schedule and information and have read, understand, and
agree to follow it.___________
This is a legally binding contract between the signing party and Kangaroo Palace. Any special
arrangements made outside this contract must be signed off by both parties. Failure by either party to
comply with any one part of this contract does not nullify the entire contract. I have read the contract,
or the contract has been read to me, and I understand and agree to it in its entirety.
