Play at home
Play at home

Create a space in your home where your child can hide or play by
themselves when they want to (this could be under a table or in
a large cardboard box with pillows)
Write at home

Have your child practice writing words that make them feel
happy (puppies, their favorite food, their favorite movie, etc…)
Sing at home

Sing your favorite song in different voices – sad, happy, scared,
angry, excited, etc…
Talk at home

Have your child talk about something that made them sad and
ask them what they did to feel happy again
Read at home




