- Principal’s Report – PAT $1000 n- 3 Chrome books, rest of phones for building
- Charter meeting in Boise – Admin. Issues, part time business managers, all need help, all similar
concerns, set up business mgrs. To know each other, visited Old Sage Charter School, funded by Hope,
bryte bites…input from parents, review in the future, comparsion, paid by Idaho Leads, Buidling HOPE
sent Brent information, need each persons Bio’s (a couple of paragraphs), call from Parks & Rec. use are
facilities, STEM workshops…use the portable for it. 6 weeks…22 kids in class…swap of space…before
summer deep cleaning…before August…
- Make a difference day – Great turn out…thanks to PAT for this support…get all projects completed…
- Blow out sprinklers
- Lange center – sewer cleaned out…30 feet…still have problem possibly…

Teachers Report
Mr. Collins, Mrs. Hoffmiester – both reported
PAT - $4718.14 – Tony’s performance – over 2,000 people went virual…awarded the school another
$1000…for 2 new computers…holding on the rest…additional
Principle Additions Report – Mrs. Hoffmeister has done a great job with the cleaning.
Financial Report – Went well with Moscow School District, changes to report, all items related to
calendar year, nothing from Gifted and Talented program nothing spent, Security & Safety for items we
needed, community service – fronting on the money, everything else right on. Jay to Move, Cassidy to
Second…accepted
Lock Down Policy Drill - did our first drill, fine tuned a few items, portables were best, email to Fire
Chief…no response…need signed off for next time when them come by.
Special Ed. Policy- Students in GT, scoring very high, some issues not turning in work but still in GT, but
should be made to keep a high GPA, idea…under a B…cannot be involved in GT…if longer for 3
weeks…removed from program…idea’s…Go to Shannon Richard at the district to look at other options.
Disruptive…leave up to Tony and Mrs. OZ…to come to us to something to vote on. Long-term
effects…expected to keep up on work. Carolyn parent for one of the GT kids…concerns from her point of
view…other schools to take some lessons from us. Tools to help with this…Cassidy…experience with
it…motivated…turn backwards…ways to keep them motivated.

items looming…lots of potential changing…at the state level.
