STUDIO CITY, CA – April 10, 2017 – In “Heart of a Secret” premiering Sunday, April
16 (9 p.m. ET/PT), Abigail (Lori Loughlin) is mayor of Hope Valley Henry once again with Gowen
(Martin Cummins) in jail and, a mystery woman arrives in town bearing harmful allegations about
Carson Shepherd’s (Paul Greene) secret past that confirm Frank Hogan’s (Mark Humphrey)
suspicions. Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) takes care of Opal (Ava Grace Cooper) for a few days and
learns some lifelong lessons about motherhood, and is thrilled when she meets a young Mountie
under Jack’s command who is passing through and gives her a full update on Jack. Cody (Carter
Ryan Evancic) is excited that his sister Becky (Ali Skovbye) has returned from school on a surprise
visit but is saddened that she doesn’t seem to have any time for him. Meanwhile, Rosemary
(Pascale Hutton) questions her own talents when she is unable to make sales at Dottie’s Dress
Shop.
