Conditions of Participation for
Kletterpark Rosenburg
1. All rules and regulations must be read through by every participant before entry. By signing this page the
participant agrees he/she has read and understands these rules. These conditions must be read and explained
by a parent or guardian for participants under the age of 18.
2. Use of the Kletterpark can be dangerous and is at your own risk. Misuse of the safety equipment or
techniques can lead to injury or death.
3. The park is open to visitors with a minimum height of 110 cm who are not impaired by any physical or
psychological handicap which could present dangers to themselves or others while climbing.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult!
4. Minimum height for green and yellow parcours: 110 cm! Minimum height for all other parcours: 140 cm!
5. Maximum body weight for our carabiners: 120 kg.
6. People under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry into the Kletterpark. Pregnant women
may not climb. Things that can be dangerous to you or other people must be left on the ground (backpacks,
jewelry, telephones, cameras, etc.). Long hair must be tied together.
7. The borrowed equipment (helmet, belt, carabiner, cable roller etc.) must be used exactly as explained by the
trainer in the training class. Equipment is not transferable to another person and is required to be left on at all
times. Equipment must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it.
8. Every participant must take part in the theoretical and practical safety demonstrations and complete the
ground parcours. All instructions and decisions of the Kletterpark guide are binding and must be carried out.
If all instructions are not followed participant will be ejected from Kletterpark and any damages caused will be
the responsibility of the participant and not FUNALIS GmbH.
9. The red-marked safety carabiner must always be hung onto the red-marked safety cable in opposite
directions. When switching cables always release and reattach one carabiner after another, never both at
the same time! The cable rollers must be hung onto the green marked cable (Flying Fox, zip line). Before
starting on the Flying Fox zip line always make sure the landing and cable are clear! With every fall into our fall
protection systems the Kletterpark trainer must be immediately notified! Before using the fall protection system
its function must be tested as demonstrated in the training class!
10. Maximum one person may climb through the stations at one time! Maximum three people on the platforms
at one time!
11. Participants should be aware that while climbing scrapes and scratches are not uncommon and can easily
happen. Certain times of year there is also sap dripping from the trees which can stain clothes.
12. The management has the right to exclude anyone from climbing who does not follow the rules.
Management also has the right to close different parcours or the whole park on safety grounds (weather, fire,
repairs etc.). Under these circumstances there will be no entrance fee refund. If the participant ends their visit
early for any reason there will be no entrance fee refund.

13. FUNALIS GmbH is liable under the personal injury laws of Austria. Property damage or financial losses are
only covered in instances of deliberate or gross negligence on the part of FUNALIS GmbH or its employees.
14. The participant agrees that all photos and video taken by FUNALIS GmbH, where the participant is
identifiable, are property of FUNALIS GmbH and may be used in advertisements.
