Smart Tray - closes the loop
The ATP System offers an optional Smart Tray System that allows
technicians and pharmacists to fill and check-to-light. Our unique Smart
Tray System facilitates accurate filling of non-formulary medications by
directing the technician to fill the item using light direction. Barcoded trays
ensure that the right pre-fill trays for the right batch are dispensed in the
right sequence. Color-coding of lights helps technicians to identify partial,
whole, and multiple pills in a cell. Touch an individual cell on the screen to
show the image and description of the proper medication. This paperless
system also provides user tracking for every step of the process.

Automatic Package Spooler (APS)
Our Automatic Package Spooler integrates with automated
packaging devices to facilitate the handling of the many
hundreds or thousands of pouches in a batch. By automatically
spooling the packages you can easily stage the orders while
preserving the integrity of the pouch strip.
The spooler saves hours of technician time in the
prescription collation process. In addition, TCGRx offers
a mobile or tabletop spooler stand—whichever is most
convenient for your space and workflow process.

InspectRx™
Designed to make your pill inspection process safer and
more accurate, the InspectRx measures each pill using
12 parameters of inspection for complete accuracy.
InspectRx provides visual inspection of 60 pouches
per minute, identifying and flagging exceptions for
pharmacist review.
The optional collation unit further enhances the capabilities
of InspectRx by cutting, rolling, and securing the medication
strips, organized by patient or medication cabinet. The collation
unit isolates any pouches that are determined to contain errors.
The collation unit significantly reduces labor costs, allowing
personnel to be utilized in other locations.

ATP-71 High Speed Unit-Dose Packager
ATP-71 features 71 fully automated medication canisters and a semi-automated
medication feeder that allows packaging of all oral solids. ATP-71’s small footprint
and small package size make it perfectly suited to meet the needs of
unit-dose barcoding, cabinet replenishment, and 30-day boxes.

As part of our formulary analysis process, TCGRx’s canister calibration center
will quickly and accurately calibrate medication canisters. Our experts will
also manage every aspect of the initial upload of medication information
into the system so that setup time is minimized during installation.
Self-calibration
TCGRx offers you an optional self-calibration kit. We teach you how to calibrate canisters yourself
so that you can save time and money. The kit comes with a basic inventory of frequently used parts.
