With a new generation of retention
systems for recreational vehicles,
Unex Metall offers a compact new
light-weight design which is directly
connected to the chassis. As the
components of this system are very
light and need little space, they can
be installed in mobile homes easily.
Our design enables the installation of
three-point automatic seat belts in
mobile homes or recreational
vehicles, facing both forwards or
backwards and in side seating
groups.
The space underneath the seating
group is hardly impaired so that there
is more storage space or it can be
used for the installation of onboard
electronics or a moulded tank.
The three-point automatic seat belts
are concealed by the B-column as to
prevent the belts from twisting and
getting caught. Padding can be easily
placed in front of the column without
any difficult with this design.
Homologated and standardised
Homologated and standardized
linking components create a direct
connection between the restraint
system and the chassis. The advantage here is an assembly time which
is shortened by 15-20 minutes in
addition to the reduction of procurement and warehousing costs since
logistics must be arranged for only
one part. The systems are delivered
completely assembled and include
fastening material and all connection
parts needed for attachment to the
chassis. It speaks for itself that all of
our retention systems are tested by a
responsible testing agency.
The systems come equipped with
integrated three-point automatic seat
belts and are available with a KTL- or
powder-coated surface in a variety of
colours.
