Trail Walker Practice
The next trail walk practice will be held at MacLehose Trail (sections 4 – 5; M068 – M101) during the
long weekend to celebrate Buddha's Birthday. This trail includes dramatic mountain scenery and very
strenuous climbs. Beginning at Shui Long Wo, the route winds through Ma On Shan, then continues
towards Tate's Cairn and ends at Shatin Au. This is a very difficult trail part of the MacLehose Trail
and no mid-way supply point. Members should be well prepared for the challenge.

The trail is approximately 16 km (5-6 hrs).
The practice is free of charge.
Take full breakfast before the walk.
Please bring along at least 3-litre
water/sports drinks, energy bar/snack/fruit,
sun block lotion, hat, tracking shoes, hiking
stick and an extra tee for change.
5. If you have CPA tee, please wear it for
easy identification.
6. There is no mid-way supply point.
7. Bad weather arrangement: if typhoon
signal no. 3 or above / Red rainstorm
warning is hoisted at 6:30 am, the training
will be cancelled.
