leap of faith to take the grape to bottle and win a few hearts along the way. Grapegrower
for two decades, Rob Quenby has seen it all, grown it all and now it’s his turn to show
what great vineyards and some risky business can do.
Prosecco is a sparkling white wine, indigenous to the Veneto
region in Italy’s north east and is made from the Prosecco grape.
It’s a delicious alternative and a great summer aperitif.
Risky Business Prosecco is versatile and fresh and is a great wine
for celebrating any occasion.
Colour: Very pale straw.
Aroma: Delicate pear with citrus blossom notes.
Palate: This light and dry wine has subtle hints of fresh pears,
stone fruit and citrus blossom, balanced delicately with bright
acidity, a soft and finely textured palate and lively bubbles all
combine seamlessly. An ideal aperitif on a summer’s day - fresh,
zesty, light and crisp. Or, can be perfectly paired with grilled
seafood or freshly shucked oysters.
