Creating SAT/Khan Academy Accounts and Linking the Two
Set up a College Board Account:

Go to www.collegeboard.com
Have an account? Login to verify. *Take a screen shot, print and turn in to teacher for credit.
Or
Can’t login in or unsure if you have and account? Use forgot username and password links to reset and login.
*If you already have an account do not create a new one, retrieve username & password information
Or
Don’t have and account? Follow the steps below to create one.
 Click Sign Up. Choose Student.
 Enter personal information: Name, sex, date of birth, email, graduation date, zip code and school name
 Set your username and password (remember to record it somewhere).
 Choose a security question and provide an answer. This will enable you to recover your username and password.
 Customize your communication. Choose monthly alerts and enter your parent’s email information so they can
support you (optional but highly recommended).
 Click the box to accept the terms. You must do this to go on to the next step and create your account.
 Confirm your information by checking each box. Edit if necessary. Choose Confirm to create your account.

 Congratulations! You can use your account to register for tests, view your scores and plan for your future.

 Select Start Practicing
 Sign in with your Gmail account. If prompted from Google, select Allow. If you don’t have a Gmail account, select
Sign In With Email.
 Enter your personal information: Name, email and date of birth. Click Sign Up.
 A link will be sent to your email.
 Open your email, find the message from Khan Academy and click Finish Signing Up.
 Set your user name and password (remember to record it somewhere). Select Sign Up.
 Answer the question and select Onward. Don’t worry you won’t have to take the practice quizzes now.

Linking Khan Academy with SAT:

Login to Khan Academy. If you just created your account, you are probably there.
Click your name on the top right of screen and choose Settings from the menu.
Scroll down to Connect to College Board and select.
Login to College Board.
Choose Send. Khan Academy will pop up. Choose Allow.
Congratulations you are linked!
