What something is made up of, mostly liquids: The consistency of the milk shake made it hard to drink it with a straw. 5. Reside: v. to live: He will reside on the lake next to his brother’s house. 6. Resident: adj. Living somewhere for a long time: He is our resident doctor because he has been here for forty years. 7. Residence: noun. Where someone lives: Their residence is up on a hill and it is surrounded by really big trees. 8. Residency: noun. To do what is asked: In order to get a good grade, students must comply with the teacher’s wishes. 10. Compliant: adjective. Agreeable: He is compliant and will always do what you ask. 11.
