Open to USEF licensed Hunter/Jumping Seat Equitation Judges, applicants, and those interested in becoming
licensed. Attendance is strictly limited and fulfills the clinic requirements as outlined in Chapter 10 of the
USEF rule book. Your notebook material will be located on the USHJA website and must be reviewed prior to
attending the clinic. Additional clinics held at this site include a Jumper Judges’ clinic, to be held March 20,
2017. The deadline to receive the discounted registration rate is February 21, 2017.

ATTENDANCE
• Attendance is strictly limited for each session, on a first come, first serve basis. Please complete the online
registration form in advance of the February 21, 2017 deadline.
• Attendance sheets must be signed at each session to receive credit for the clinic. If you arrive more than
one hour later than the scheduled starting time, or leave more than one hour earlier than the scheduled
adjournment, you will not receive credit for attending the clinic.
• Online registrations receive immediate confirmation on the web page, no additional email will be sent.
• You are required to review “notebook” material on the USHJA website prior to the clinic. You will need to
print or have electronic access to it during the clinic. Notebooks will not be distributed at the clinic site.
• The ‘R’ session will be a roundtable discussion on Monday evening only.
• ‘r’ and applicant attendees must attend the Monday evening and Tuesday day sessions.
