• was due to a shipment error on the part of Animas Canada.
All returns require a returned goods authorization (RGA) number, which can be obtained by contacting Animas Canada Customer Care at 1-866-406-4844.
Product returns to Animas Canada will only be credited if the product was originally purchased directly from Animas Canada and is returned within 90 days of invoice date.
Any credit due for an authorized return will be processed promptly.
