Condolences and Congratulations to the Ummah for Its Loss of Our Sheikh Usama bin Laden Al-Qaedah Organization in the Lands of the Islamic Maghrib grDLa7!kfDLa7!x7!gO: All praise be to Allah, the One who gives life, the One who takes life away, the One who originates, the One who restores, the One who does as He pleases. None responds to His affairs, and nothing follows His ruling. Allah said in His Exalted Book: "$hu%Y$B(L%? 8$j)(r$a&4 $o !=$j)(@)&[ &L(r$G(a7$o 0L.Ra8&: (g%_u%b(;)$i$o &>(u$(*7 %=$^&57$J #P(\$i /c%_! “Every soul shall have a taste of death: and We test you by evil and by good by way of trial. to Us must ye return.” (Al-Anbiya: 35) And Allah said: "$hu%Y$fC ( $q 8.f&e "L(r$F "=$f(D $K$o &.x7 $k&e "<$L&\(Z$* (g/@)%e (o$2 &.x7 &cr&;$N w&[ (g%@)(b&@%] (k&6$a$o! “And if ye are slain, or die, in the way of Allah, forgiveness and mercy from Allah are far better than all they could amass. .” (Aal-e-Imran: 157) And prayers and peace be upon the Prophet Muhammad, who with his death makes light of disasters when recalling befallen Muslims, and on all of his family and companions. On a historic day, we left the knight of Jihad and the lion of lions Sheikh Usama bin Laden. The ascetic, worshipping, Mujahid knight dismounted, and Allah seized him and took him unto Himself, with his sword drawn over America: The head of infidelity, the essence of evil, the source of depravity, the height of wickedness, and the location of oppression and the symbol of savagery. May Allah have mercy on him, he was a poison on America. He left in its heart a gaping wound that can not heal. He was the one who assaulted it in its own home and achieved what many strong nations could not do, after the Americans persisted in their actions a long while. And in their minds, not one of their enemies could reach them or dare to move against them. And so we offer our condolences to the Muslim Ummah for its loss and its martyr, as we consider him, and Allah is his Reckoner. We congratulate the Ummah at the same time because its son, the symbol Usama bin Laden, lived as a valiant Mujahid and died as a heroic martyr. His name persisted for numerous years, filling the hearts of the infidels with worry, and his memory will remain for a long time as a nightmare chasing them everywhere. Today, O dear ones, is a day of condolences and congratulations, a day in which sadness and joy are mixed, with pleasure and anger. Yes, we are sad because we find in our hearts the pain due to the separation from our Sheikh and loved one. He had a favorable life and fortunate character. Allah graced him with many virtuous qualities and placed for him acceptance on the earth. May Allah have mercy on him, he used to care strongly for the commands of this religion. He was strongly concerned with the condition of this Ummah. He knew the value of the goal he was seeking, so he cared little for the amount he sacrificed. But we rejoice when we remember that he obtained what he desired and attained the martyrdom for which he endeavored. He arrived at the homes of the righteous, Allah willing. He became, all praise be to Allah, an example for those after him to be imitated, and an example for the generations to emulate in honesty, loyalty, patience, and Jihad. [Poetry] 8fbOe Il8Bo 8^D pui 8e 7J4 v@\a7 vbX K8X >u*8: 8eo wVe3N I will pass, and there is no shame in death for a hero if his intentions are true, and he waged Jihad as a Muslim We are sad for the loss of our leader, pioneer, sheikh, and imam, for whom Jihad was delightful. Then, we rejoice when we know that Allah will not let his faction, supporters, and soldiers be lost and will not deprive us of an Amir who will succeed him in continuing the blessed Jihadi march with us. [Poetry] d8e4 du^q h2 8q8WYa7 vjN2o d8e4 >ufq h2 8q7MLa7 /cB2 The most splendid of great losses is the death of an Imam, and the most radiant of gifts is the rise of an Imam We are sad because we saw a martyr for the Ummah who was not buried as martyrs should be buried and was not covered in earth as the Sunnah has instructed in all of the heavenly Shariah laws. Instead, the Americans threw him into the open sea, like the evil gangs of sea pirates do with their victims, or as those primitive people do who are primeval in their backwardness and barbarism against their enemies. But it delights us that with this act, they have recognized without noticing that Usama was but a pearl who was among us for a period of time, and then Allah returned it to its shell to resurrect him on the Day of Judgment with the greatest of martyrs who are gathered in the stomachs of lions, beasts, and whales. Then, our happiness increases when we discover that America, with its heinous action, proved to the entire world that it was not only afraid of Usama in life but was also afraid of him in death. Is there any greater honor than than this?! We are sad when we see that Sheikh Usama was killed on the run, expelled, and estranged, far from his homeland and family. But we rejoice when we remember that Allah did not seize him until he delighted his eyes with the defeat of America and the collapsing of its slaves and agents from the Arab regimes that are immersed in ignorance, agency, infidelity, and corruption. Before his death, he witnessed the President of Tunisia fleeing the country and sneaking away in a panic. And he saw the President of Egypt in prison disgraced and humiliated. And he left the impostor of Libya, the atheist of Syria, and the tyrant of Yemen staggering under the pressure of popular uprisings. And the kings and presidents remain in the worst condition, as they wait for the demise of their life of comfort and the arrival of punishment upon them. And everyone witnesses - some of them in public, some in secret, and some who have realized it in their soul, but they deny it - that these events that are sweeping through the Arab region are but a single fruit from the fruits of Jihad that would not have happened without the Sheikh's role. We are sad when we see that the Americans - from the unrestrained malice that enveloped their chests and the hatred of Usama – descended into the streets singing and dancing joyfully for his death... And we rejoice when we remember that those scoundrels, if they knew what plentiful rewards Allah prepared for devout people and martyrs, the high status, comfort, and happiness, then their weddings would turn into funerals, their laughter into crying, and their delight into grief. But how could these dissolute infidels know this or believe in it, and they are as the Glorious and Exalted Lord described them: "/c$U$2 (g%l (c$: & d8$Y(i$(+8$_! “They are like cattle,- nay more misguided.” (Al-Araf: 179) We are sad for the departure of Usama while he was at the pinnacle of giving, and the Ummah continued to be in need of him. And we rejoice when we remember that our beloved Sheikh did not depart except after he chastened the Crusader West, broke their power, and shattered their pride and arrogance. He encouraged the Muslims, and even all nations, and he halted their ambition for what is in the hands of the Muslims, until gaining the favor of Muslims was one of the priorities of their foreign policy. Then, he did not leave us until he left Islam in glory, the Muslims with strength, and the Mujahideen in agreement and as one. And the whole world has witnessed how the word of the Mujahideen followed his order from east to west, and this hardly ever happened to anyone before him. O Ummah of Islam, the death of our Sheikh Usama bin Laden is a tragedy and catastrophe with which Allah has tested our souls. We possess nothing before the judgment of Allah and His might except to approve and surrender, and we ask Allah to satisfy us with His judgment, bless us in His might, reward us for our loss, and succeed it for us with goodness. O Ummah of Islam, if we cried for him today, we would be excused, but crying does not fit people like us. Today, we are an Ummah denied its blood revenge, and now is the time of revenge and anger, not the time for crying. [Poetry] dK7uTa8: 8lK8i A';)Q 9LEa7 7J4 n^qLq teH 1L*7 s-N LR[ Harm drops from the one who sheds tears when war has broken out and its fire burns harshly. America, with its crime, did not realize the dangerous matter it created and what evil it has provoked. With this action, it left no place to reconcile with Muslims. It proved with irrefutable evidence that it lies when it claims that it is not at war with Islam. It proved that its policies toward the Islamic Ummah continues as it was before today, built on deceit, treachery, and hatred. There is no difference between this era or the era of any president. O Ummah of Islam, do not cry for Usama, for what Allah has is good for him and is permanent. Do not cry for him. He who has waged Jihad like his Jihad, sacrificed like he sacrificed, and was patient like he was patient, is not concerned with the manner in which he died and went to Allah. [Poetry] n?8fe duq SrYq IrmRa7 h4 n?8rD 7I: dura8[ nr`;? , Do not cry for him, for today his life begins. Indeed, a martyr lives the day of his death. Instead, rise and follow in his footsteps... Live how he lived in strengthening the religion and defending the sanctity of the Muslims... And die how he and his companions died, for this is the farthest reaching and most eloquent response to the enemies of Usama and those who killed him. The least you can do is carry this out for the rights of this reverent son. He has exhausted his life, his wealth, and his fame in your service, so he is deserving of not being forgotten. Rise and oppose the oppressive Western, American, Zionist aggression with all of your capabilities and energy, just as they fight us with all of their nations and communities and parties and denominations... The responsibility of Islam is a necklace upon the necks of all the Muslims, and Sheikh Usama bin Laden performed what was required of him and departed the world excused and rewarded, Allah willing. So how will someone apologize tomorrow in front of Allah who today stood inattentive and oblivious and who is indifferent to what happens to Islam and the Muslims regarding great issues and serious events. May Allah have mercy upon our Sheikh Abu Abdullah Usama bin Laden with great clemency, bestow honors upon him, and make him join the good people. May Allah make the reward for his kin vast, give them the best respect, and compensate the Islamic Ummah for its suffering with remuneration, merit, patience, and solace. And in conclusion, we renew the covenant to our beloved and lost one and confirm and cement it: We are moving steadfastly on his path and following the truth. We will fight the Christians and their followers, the Jews and their partisans, and the apostates and their agents, until Allah judges between us and them, and He is the best of judges.
