The inner harbor and the existing Free Zone is spread
over an area of approximately 7.4 million sqm

Eligible activities includes companies that
are engaged in logistics, industrial distribution and/or
service companies in general. In particular includes
import operations, warehousing, packaging,
transformation, assembly and manufacturing.
FISCAL
ADVANTAGES
In the SEZ companies benefit of full exemption of customs
duty and import and export VAT, consumption and circulation
of all products entering the area, and that are processed and
then exported through the SEZ.
Exemption from Regional tax
on productive activities (IRAP)
for the first 5 taxation years
for SMEs, defined in accordance with EC Regulation
800/2008 the exemption is also extended for the the
following 3 years, to the extent of 50% of the amount due.
Exemption from TARSU (Waste disposal
tax) IMU (Property tax) for 5 years
on properties owned by the same companies and used for
performing its activities
Exemption from income tax (IRES)
for the first 8 fiscal years
for SMEs (small and medium enterprises), defined in
accordance with European Community Regulation
800/2008, the exemption is also protracted for the
subsequent 3 years, to the extent of 50% of the amount due.

Reduction of Salary Tax of employees hired
for the first 5 years of operation
to the extent of 50% to be applied only for contracts
stipulated for an indefinite period of time, or for fixed
contracts for a period of not less than 12 months. For the
