Dear Parents and Carers,
Witney Vikings Youth FC
F is a well established community
nity club which has
provided the opportunity for young people in Witney and surrounding areas
area
to play football in a safe and structured environment for nearly forty years.
We are now recruiting children aged 5-6
5 6 (new year 1s in September – born
between 1st September 2007
200 and 31st August 2008)) to build a new Under 7’s
team for the 2013-14
14 season. We are offering a free ‘Introduction to
Football’ Academy, from 7th November to 12th December inclusive,
inclusive between
6-7pm
7pm every Thursday. The Academy will be held at Wood Green School, on
their all-weather
weather ATP (AstroTurf Pitch).
We are an FA Charter Standard Club, which means that you can be assured
that we maintain the highest standards in youth football. All our coaches are
fully trained and have achieved the FA Level 1 Coaching Certificate. In
addition, all coaches are CRB checked and have undergone the appropriate
app
training with regard to Emergency First Aid and Safeguarding Children.
