C. Terms and Conditions
1. All details of the wedding coverage will be planned in consultation with the couple.
2. We are happy to provide a personal quotations if the Wedding Packages do not meet your requirements. If you wish
to upgrade the Wedding Package with different album or book, the outstanding balance should be compensated. All
prices can be discussed and customised to suit individual requirements.
3. A deposit of 25 % will be required at the time of booking the selected service. The amount of deposit will be
deducted from the total cost of the wedding service. The deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
4. The final price is to be paid when all products (photographs, albums, etc.) are given to the clients.
5. Prices include transportation charges within 50 miles from our location.
6. In the event of illness or incapacity, we will make every effort to find a replacement photographer but no guarantee
can be given. If a replacement photographer cannot be made available liability shall be limited to a full refund of all
amount paid.
7. All prints provided will be colour balanced to produce warm skin tones of the subject or subjects but no guarantee
can be given to exactly match any specific subject as it is sometimes impossible the record photographically exact
colours as seen by the human eye.
