Viewing your accounts
Be in control of the way your accounts are displayed on your Overview screen. Access both
your personal and business banking profiles using one login. Easily switch between profiles and
choose to see your accounts in either List or Tile view.

Personalise your accounts
On Westpac Live you can personalise the way you view and interact with your accounts. For
enhanced security you can hide your accounts from either your mobile or desktop to see only the
accounts you want to. When you hide an account on your mobile, it only applies to mobile banking
access – you will still see the account on your laptop or desktop until hidden there too.
Nickname your accounts for ease of reference or mask the account number for extra privacy from
the Manage account settings drop down. Credit cards are automatically masked.

TIP
Hiding an account will remove it from your Overview and be excluded from your
Financial Position, Exports and Reports. However, the account will still appear as a
Pay to or Pay from option when making a payment or transfer.
Account nicknames only display in Westpac Live. Any emailed confirmation receipts
will display the original product/account name where the funds were debited.

Display accounts from other banks or institutions
Add external accounts that are held at other financial institutions to your Westpac Live network.
This allows you to view account information for selected accounts as part of the Overview screen
in Westpac Live. Terms and conditions apply.
