Booking Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Santa’s Lakeshore Wonderland at Avon Ri Lakeshore Resort & Adventure Centre
The following terms and conditions outline the usage policy governing the Santa Lakeshore
Wonderland “Experience”. By purchasing tickets you and your guests agree to be bound and comply
with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Each child must be accompanied by an adult and must remain under their supervision at all
times.
2. You and your guests must arrive before your scheduled ticket time and you must know your
booking reference number on arrival. Admittance will not be allowed without your booking
reference number.
3. The time of your child’s/childrens’ visit to see Santa in his Grotto will be on a first come first
served basis within the hourly time slot you have booked. It is very important to us that
each child spends the right amount of time with Santa to make their experience memorable.
We are therefore limiting the intake of children to 20 per hour into Santa’s Grotto.
4. At the absolute discretion of our management, entry to Santa’s Grotto of Santa’s Lakeshore
Wonderland may be refused if you or your guests arrive after your scheduled time. Late entry
means that you and your guests will miss out on some of the activities.
5. Buggies are not permitted in Santa’s House Grotto, however they can be used in the rest of
Avon Ri. Avon Ri accepts no responsibility for any personal property left on its premises.
6. There is wheelchair access in/out of Santa’s Grotto, and the rest of Avon Ri.
7. There is a short walk outdoors to Santa’s Grotto and then again to Café Claus with access
from there to the outdoors Elf Zipline, Lakeshore Beach and Pet Farm, so visitors must dress
appropriately for all weather conditions.
8. Santa’s Lakeshore Wonderland operates a no smoking (indoors) and no alcohol policy.
9. We reserve the right to not operate the outdoor activities e.g Elf Zipline, and access to our
Lakeshore Beach if the weather does not permit.
10. The Lakeshore Beach access is on a steep gradient pathway by foot and the return from the
Lakeshore Beach is back up the same steep gradient pathway uphill by foot. Avon Ri cannot
be liable for any physical distress or incidents that may occur further to anyone using this
access, if they are not physically fit enough.
11. Our management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals, or remove those who have
already been admitted, if the presence of those individuals are being destructive, acting
inappropriately or lowering the enjoyment for other guests.
12. Our priority is to ensure the Santa’s Lakeshore Wonderland is enjoyable for you and your
guests, however we cannot be liable for distress caused by circumstances beyond our control
(including but not limited to weather conditions) nor for emotional distress or disappointment
caused by the role-playing characters (Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, elves, etc.).

Purchase Policy
1. Tickets can be booked online by laser, debit or credit card. Once your transaction is complete a
confirmation email containing your unique booking reference number will be sent to your email
address entered at the time of purchase.
2. Please ensure your email address has been entered correctly as failure to do so will mean that
your confirmation email will not be received. Please remember all purchases are subject to
card authorisation.
3. Tickets are priced as follows: Children/Infants = €18 per child (includes gift and hot chocolate
+ 1 accompanying adult + Kids Eat Free offer in Café Claus), Extra Adult = €5 each, Photo with
Santa = €5
4. Only one discount offer can apply per booking and applies only to the child ticket purchase.
5. We will offer you a 50% refund up to 48 hours prior to your booked date, should you wish to
cancel. No refunds will be made after 48 hours in advance of your booked date. All tickets are
transferable to other dates/times, subject to availability.
6. Avon Ri Lakeshore Resort & Adventure Centre reserves the right to alter or vary the
programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund
monies or exchange tickets.
7. If you have purchased a ticket and have a query, please email [email protected] quoting your
name, reference number and date/time of booking.
8. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized
access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial
procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Photography and Video Recording
1. Video cameras are strictly prohibited on the visit. Photographic equipment is allowed, however
the unauthorised use of photographic equipment to record children, other than under your own
guardianship, is strictly prohibited.

We do not supervise the taking of non-professional photography so we cannot be held
responsible if you or any of your fellow guests is featured in other visitor’s photographs.
3.
Our management may carry out photography and video recording while on your visit and we
may wish to use certain images for promotional purposes.
Cancellations
1. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the Santa’s Lakeshore Wonderland without notice
for any reason. In this event, you will be entitled to choose between a full refund, or
rescheduling your visit (subject to availability). We will have no further, or other, liability
whatsoever as a result of our postponing or cancelling your visit to the Santa’s Lakeshore
Wonderland including but not limited to disappointment, travel costs, scheduled time off work,
emotional distress or any indirect or consequential loss, whether incurred by you or another of
your fellow guests.
2. Our Website will be updated regularly to keep you informed about any potential postponement
or cancellation of the Experience.

Comments/Queries
1. All comments and queries you may have regarding a current or past booking will only be
accepted in writing by email to [email protected]. We reserve the right to change these Terms
at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this web site. Please check this page of the
