Zylinc in cooperation with Tele Greenland
This means that Tele Greenland will be enjoying the benefits of Zylinc’s switchboard, ZyCall Switch. The agreement is part of Tele Greenland’s strategy to enhance service for their customers.
- For Tele Greenland good customer service means that all customer calls are handled fast and professionally,
agreements with customers are respected, and the customer is continuously being updated with relevant information. In addition, Tele Greenland wants to serve the customers pro-actively, says Tele Greenland project
engineer Martin Reuter.
It is particularly important that ZyCall Switch works with BroadWorks on IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) in such
a way that ZyCall Switch is 100 % integrated with our Iserfik (VOIP) solution to customers, Martin Reuter says
adding: in addition we have rated that the product was fully developed and did not require special customization to our platform, and that the system architecture is well structured and efficient.
BroadWorks is a standard platform for Voice over IP (VoIP) developed and distributed by the US based company
BroadSoft, Inc., listed on NASDAQ. The platform makes it simple for service providers to offer hosted VoIP,
which they can offer their customers on broadband and fiber connections.

Zylinc is very satisfied with the agreement, which once again demonstrates that we are able to deliver optimal
service for our customers. We have bridged BroadWorks and corporate IT infrastructure in such a way that
we can offer corporations full-fledged attendant console functionality with the option of synchronizing AD and
calendar with BroadWorks Directory information. Zylinc solves the inherent problem associated with hosted
communication solutions: integration with calendar, directory, CRM and other corporate IT-systems.
