1. OpenPowerPointforMac2011,youwilltypicallyseethePresentation
Gallery.ClickCancelbuttontoopenablankpresentationwithanewslide
basedonthedefaultofficetheme(i.e.Whitetheme).Whenyoutypetext
withintheplaceholdersofthisslide,thetextshowsupinblackoverawhite
slidebackground.
2. Choosetheflyersize
a. File->PageSetup
b. Input8.5forWidthand11forHeightininchesforalettersizeflyer.
c. Chooseportraitorientation

b. Selectthecontentplaceholder,enlargeittomakeitcoverthewhole
page.
c. Clickontheinsertapicturefromafile,thelowerleftbutton
d. Choosethepicturefileyouwanttousefortheflyer
e. Bydefault,“croppicturetofillplaceholder”willbeapplied.
