Key responsibilities Define a people agenda and strategy based on Samhita’s overall mission and strategy. Identify the organizational capabilities and talent that Samhita needs to develop given the above, working closely with the leadership team. Develop and implement people policies and processes covering all aspects of attracting, developing and retaining talent based on the capabilities required. With the leadership team, and given Samhita’s mission, define and implement the pillars of the desired culture of the organization. Engage with employees constantly to have a good feel of the pulse of the organization continuously. Ensure adherence to labor legislation that applies to Samhita. Ensure implementation of people processes for smooth administrative operations of HR policies. Exposure to social sector preferred.
