Panasonic Call Waiting for Outside Lines:
Makes your phone ring when another call comes in and you are on another
line.
Press Intercom and dial 7311#, press "SP-PHONE"
Panasonic Call Waiting for Intercom Calls:
Makes your phone ring when an Intercom call comes in and you are on
another line.
Press Intercom and dial 7321#, press "SP-PHONE"
Panasonic Call Waiting Short Ring:
Produces a short ring cycle when you are on another line
Press "Program", dial 51, press "Store"
Panasonic Call Waiting Normal Ring:
Produces a normal ring cycle when you are on another line
Press "Program", dial 52, press "Store"
Auto Connection to Answer an Incoming Call:
Allows you to simply raise the handset to answer an incoming call.
Press the "Program" Button, dial 22, press "Store" Button,
Press "Program" Button.
Automatic Line Select for Outgoing Calls:
Allows you to simply raise the handset to make an outgoing call.
Press the "Program" button, dial 12, press the "Store" button,
press "Program" button.
Line Ringing:
Allows you to choose which lines your telephone will ring on.
Press the “Program” button, dial 3, dial the number (1-8) of the
Lines you want to ring on your phone.
Do Not Disturb:
Turns your phone on/off for incoming and intercom calls, doorbox calls
And system page.
ON Press the “Intercom” button, dial 714#, press the “SP-PHONE” button
Off Press the “Intercom” button, dial 710#, press the “SP-PHONE” button
Cancel a Message Waiting Light:
Message Waiting Light comes on with no messages in your mailbox.
Pres the “Intercom” button, dial 700#, press the “SP-PHONE” button.
Receive Pages:
Allows you to receive or not receive system Pages.
ON Press the “Intercom” button, dial 7340#, press the “SP-PHONE”
button.
OFF Press the “Intercom” button, dial 7341#, press the “SP-PHONE”
button.

Automatically log calls to the Common Caller ID Button:
This causes all incoming calls (answered or unanswered) to be logged.
Press the Intercom Button and dial 7382#, Press "SP-Phone" button.
Do this on EVERY telephone in the system!

Clear All Caller ID Records:
Erases all call records in the Common Caller ID area.
On Ext 101, press “Intercom” button, dial 70**#, press “SP-PHONE”
button.

Forwarding Your Telephone To the Voice Mail System
Forward Your Calls to the Voice Mail System: All Calls
Press the Intercom button
Dial 711 + Voice Mail Extension Number + # (usually 165#)
Hang Up
Forward Your Calls to the Voice Mail System: Busy/No Answer
Press the Intercom button
Dial 712 + Voice Mail Extension Number + # (usually 165#)
Hang Up
Forward Your Calls to the Voice Mail System: Cancel
Press the Intercom button
Dial 710#
Hang Up
Note:
System Program number 202 (Call Forward Start Time) establishes how
long the phone will ring before it is transferred to the Voice Mail.
Its Default Value is 15 seconds. It can changed to 5 or 10 seconds.
