At this distance, the target being
observed and the reticle are exactly
in the same plane. The Z8i’s parallax
turret allows you to set a parallax-free
image, which can be quickly adjusted
even when in a shooting position.
The catch at the 100 m (100 yd) mark
allows you to set the parallax turret
easily and reliably even at twilight.

EVERY EVENTUALITY
The ballistic turret flex enables you to cover every possibility. It can be used as a top
or side turret, and can be combined with all the available reticles.
BALLISTIC TURRET FLEX. The ballistic turret flex (BTF) can be configured
separately and enables you always to stay on target at the desired
distances. If it is used as a top turret, this can compensate for
bullet drop. When used as a side turret, it is best suited to windage
adjustment or for estimating the lead distance. It is flexible, can
be fitted without using any tool, and can be combined with every

reticle available. A lock mechanism also prevents you from turning
it inadvertently.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS? The BTF can be fitted as a top or side turret on
any Z8i model – you can decide which combination suits you for any
hunting scenario.

Versatile extensions:
the ballistic turret flex (BTF) in three versions
EASY TO READ.
The pre-engraved graduated ring for the top turret
features a total of 70 clicks covering the entire
adjustment range, making it ideal when using
trajectory tables. It makes it easier to read the
markings, ensuring simple use at any time.
SEPARATE SIGHT-IN DISTANCES.
The BTF can be assembled using four narrow
rings – from a total of six supplied – with the help
of the ballistic program. This allows you to set
yourself the markings for another four distances
that are important to you.
ALSO USED AS A SIDE TURRET.
The BTF can also be used with a special ring
as a side turret for windage adjustment or
estimating the lead distance.
Customized special accessory:
the personalized ballistic ring (PBR)
TOTALLY CUSTOMIZED: the personalized ballistic ring
(PBR) provides the hunting distances that are
completely relevant to you. We engrave this special
accessory for the BTF based on your personal data
input into the SWAROVSKI OPTIK ballistic program,
adapted to the ammunition you have selected.
