Delivery of product is accompanied by certificate of quality and certificate of quantity issued by acreditated inspection body as third party. Arbitration sample is kept by inspection body for the period of two months after delivery date. In case when MSK is responsible for transport means, certificate relates to product quality in transport means. Otherwise, the certificate relates to quality in storage tank from which it is taken. The complaint is recognized only when the control is carried out before unloading and according to test methods accepted by the buyer and indicated in sales specification. Certificate of quantity is issued on the basis of measurement performed in MSK on calibrated mass measuring means. Measuring uncertainty are estimated to ±0,5% of mass declared.
