Curl-Ups:
Procedure:
 Starting in a supine position on a mat with knees at 90 degrees, arms at the side, palms
facing down with middle fingers touching a piece of tape. A second piece of tape should be
placed 10 cm apart.
 Set a metronome to 50 beats per minute. Have the individual perform slow controlled curlups lifting the shoulder blades off the mat to the beat of the metronome at a rate of 25 per
minute for a total of one minute.
 The individual should perform as many curl-ups as possible without pausing and in rhythm
with the metronome to a maximum of 25.
