I am genuinely thrilled to be welcoming you to this year’s
Secondary school production of A Midsummer Night's
Dream.
Students from all year groups have worked exceptionally
hard to create this energetic and engaging production.
This production is another example of the fantastic and
talented students we have at Bangkok Prep. I am overwhelmed with pride for all those involved. They have all
grown in confidence and have taken huge risks in terms
of acting and dancing.
I would like to thank everyone at Bangkok Prep for their
hard work and support.

SYNOPSIS
Starring students from Year 7-13, the play portrays the
adventures of four young lovers and a group of amateur
actors, their interactions with woodland fairies and a Duke
and Duchess.
Directed with a pop punk theme throughout, all this takes
place in a mythical wood along with a dashing fairy King, a
misguided parent, two pairs of star crossed lovers and a
weaver who is transformed into a half donkey!
All surrounding the world’s most popular past time –
falling in love.
