*Complete the activity that matches
the description in each square and
cross it out when you're done. Most
activities involve reading a book. For
those activities, audiobooks and
eBooks are always an option.

June 15th – August 19th
* Complete five squares in a vertical,
horizontal or diagonal row to get a
bingo. Each bingo earns one entry
into the prize drawing. A blackout,
or fully completed card, will earn
five extra entries!
* Turn this sheet in to any of the
participating libraries by August 19th
to be entered into the prize drawing.
* You may start a second card, but
only after completing a blackout of
the first card.
